Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SolanaTerminal, including the website at solanaterminal.com and any related interfaces, tools, and content we make available (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

SolanaTerminal is a market data and research interface focused on the Solana ecosystem. We help you explore tokens, view prices and charts, review market statistics, estimate swaps, and (when available) prepare trades from a single terminal-style experience.

SolanaTerminal is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or other regulated financial institution. Nothing on the Service is an offer to buy or sell any digital asset, security, or other financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law and are not barred from using crypto-related services in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your use of blockchain networks, digital assets, and market data. Access may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions.

3. The Service

The Service may include, without limitation:

  • Token discovery pages, search, trending lists, and market overview tables
  • Price charts, market cap, volume, liquidity, holder counts, and related metrics
  • Token descriptions, contract addresses, and third-party metadata
  • Educational content under Learn and similar pages
  • Swap estimation tools and, when enabled, wallet-connected trading flows routed through third-party decentralized protocols
  • Portfolio views and other features we may add, change, or remove over time

Informational nature of market data

Prices, charts, volumes, market caps, liquidity figures, holder counts, and other metrics are informational only. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or derived from third-party indexers, RPC providers, oracles, DEX pools, or public Solana chain data.

Different sources can disagree. A figure shown on SolanaTerminal may not match another site, wallet, or exchange at the same moment. You should independently verify any data before acting on it.

Swap estimates and trading

Any swap calculator or quote shown in the Service is an estimate based on available pricing at the time of display. Actual execution price, fees, slippage, routing, and outcome depend on network conditions, pool liquidity, and third-party protocols.

When wallet connect or on-chain swap execution is available, transactions are signed by you and settled on Solana through decentralized protocols. SolanaTerminal does not take custody of your private keys, seed phrases, or assets. We do not guarantee that any trade will succeed, settle, or achieve a particular price.

4. No financial, investment, or legal advice

Content on SolanaTerminal, including token pages, trending lists, charts, guides, and estimates, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

We do not recommend, endorse, or promote any token, protocol, project, or strategy. Listing a token, showing it as trending, or displaying social links does not mean we vouch for its quality, legitimacy, or future performance.

Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your research, decisions, and risk tolerance. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.

5. Third-party content and blockchain data

Much of what you see on the Service originates outside SolanaTerminal. This includes token names, symbols, logos, descriptions, websites, social links, and on-chain activity created or published by others.

Token creators and third parties control that metadata. It may be wrong, outdated, misleading, offensive, or infringing. Scam tokens often reuse familiar names and artwork. Always verify the contract address yourself.

Public blockchain data is permanent and visible to anyone. SolanaTerminal does not own or control the Solana network, validators, DEX protocols, bridges, or wallets you may use alongside the Service.

6. Accounts, wallets, and security

If you connect a wallet, you authorize the Service to read public information associated with that address (such as balances or activity needed for portfolio or swap features). Connecting a wallet does not give us control of your keys.

You are responsible for securing your devices, wallets, seed phrases, and private keys. Never share seed phrases or private keys with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent SolanaTerminal. We will never ask for them.

On-chain transactions are irreversible. Double-check addresses, amounts, token contracts, and network details before you sign.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, scrape in an abusive way, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Using the Service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
  • Impersonating SolanaTerminal, our team, or another person or entity
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, or interfering with other users' access
  • Removing or altering proprietary notices on the Service

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been breached or if continued access would create risk for us, other users, or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

SolanaTerminal, our logos, interface design, original copy, and software (excluding third-party content and open-source components licensed separately) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal non-commercial research consistent with these Terms. You may not copy, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or our branding without prior written permission.

Token logos, names, and project materials remain the property of their respective owners. Display on SolanaTerminal does not transfer any rights to you or to us beyond what is needed to operate the Service.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that market data will be accurate, complete, timely, or error-free; that quotes or estimates will match on-chain execution; that the Service will be secure or free of viruses; or that defects will be corrected.

You use blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party protocols at your own risk. Network congestion, failed transactions, smart contract bugs, oracle failures, and protocol exploits can cause loss.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLANATERMINAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still allowed by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolanaTerminal and its affiliates, operators, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any transaction you initiate using information or tools from the Service.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features that are labeled as coming soon. We are not obligated to provide any particular feature indefinitely.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes may also be highlighted in the product interface when practical. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we decide to wind down or restrict the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the SolanaTerminal operators principally conduct business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notices we publish, are the entire agreement between you and SolanaTerminal regarding the Service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Headings are for convenience only. The words "including" and "include" mean "including without limitation."

17. Contact
