This policy covers information processed in connection with the SolanaTerminal website and product features such as token exploration, market data, charts, educational content, swap estimates, and (when available) wallet-linked portfolio or trading flows.

It does not cover third-party websites, wallets, DEXes, RPC providers, analytics vendors, or other services you may open from links on SolanaTerminal. Those parties have their own policies.

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service
• Show market data, token pages, charts, and related product features
• Enable wallet-linked features when you choose to connect
• Diagnose outages, prevent abuse, rate-limit automated traffic, and protect against fraud or attacks

• Understand aggregate usage patterns so we can prioritize product work
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function (for example, remembering UI preferences or maintaining a session when authenticated features exist).

We may also use privacy-conscious analytics that measure aggregated traffic and feature usage. We do not use invasive advertising trackers that follow you across unrelated sites for ad targeting as part of the core SolanaTerminal experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may break parts of the Service.

We may share information in these situations:

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, CDN, DNS, logging, and error monitoring vendors that process data on our behalf to run the Service
• Blockchain and data providers: RPC nodes, indexers, and market data sources that supply public chain and price information
• Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SolanaTerminal, users, or others
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations
• With your direction: for example, when you initiate a wallet connection or on-chain action that necessarily involves third-party protocols

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, debugging, legal compliance, and legitimate product operations.

Server logs and security records are typically kept for a limited period (often on the order of weeks to a few months) unless a longer period is required for an investigation or legal obligation.

Support emails are retained as needed to resolve your request and maintain a basic support history.

Public blockchain data is not deleted by us because it is not under our control.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, such as HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls for systems that process logs, and vendor practices designed to reduce unauthorized access.

8. International transfers

SolanaTerminal may be accessed globally. Information may be processed in countries where our hosting providers or operators are located. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to protect information in line with this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand and verify your request. We will respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law (often within 30 days where that standard applies).

Important limits: we cannot erase public blockchain data, and we may retain information when we have a lawful reason to do so (for example, security logs needed to investigate abuse, or records we must keep for legal compliance).

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Do Not Track and automated decision-making

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to it. We treat visitors according to this policy regardless of that signal.

SolanaTerminal does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on profiling of personal data.

12. Token metadata and third-party content

Token names, logos, descriptions, and social links are typically set by token creators or third parties and may include personal information they choose to publish. SolanaTerminal surfaces that content for research convenience and does not independently verify every field.

If you believe token metadata on the Service infringes your rights or improperly exposes your personal information, contact [email protected] with the contract address and details. We may update or suppress display where reasonably feasible, subject to the public nature of on-chain data.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes may also be noted in the product interface when practical.

Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
